Right to Appear as a Background Character

You will be portrayed as a background character in the theatrical anime KILLTUBE, and your name will appear in the film’s official end credits.


- Credit Name

・Please enter your desired credit name in the “Remarks” field at checkout. The spelling submitted at purchase is final; no corrections, substitutions, or refunds will be possible thereafter.
・Credit names must be ≤ 25 half-width alphanumerics (incl. spaces); no emojis, symbols, inappropriate words, company/service names, or URLs. The Producer may shorten, edit, or refuse unsuitable names.


- On-Screen Cameo & Credit

・Your likeness, based on a reference photo you supply, will appear as a non-speaking, non-close-up background character in one scene.
・Delivery is deemed complete when the final theatrical version of the film is publicly released with your cameo and credit included.

- Terms & Conditions

・Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Customers whose shipping or billing address is in Japan will have a 10 % Japanese consumption tax added at checkout. The final amount charged in your local currency may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate applied and any fees imposed by your credit-card issuer.
・For shipments oe sales from Japan to foreign countries, customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount and collection method will vary depending on the destination country or region, so please check with the customs office of your destination.Please be sure to check and comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country, region, or state.
・Producer discretion: Your name will appear once in the “Special Thanks” section. Scene placement, character design, credit order, font, and scroll speed are decided solely by the Producer and may differ by territory or release format. No preview or retake.
・Copyright & likeness: Copyright in all finished footage (including, but not limited to any background character created from your supplied likeness) and promotional materials belongs to the Production Committee, which may use your character and credit name free of charge and without time limit.
・Submission deadline: After purchase, we will email you instructions for submitting reference materials—please reply to that email with your files. If the materials we request are not submitted by the specified deadline—or are incomplete, incorrect, or unusable—your right to have a background character appear in the film and your name listed in the credits will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
・Content rules: No offensive, promotional, or third-party IP elements. We may request a replacement image/name if unsuitable.Names or images that include third-party personal information, or that infringe any portrait, copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, are strictly prohibited. Any claim or dispute arising from such a violation must be resolved by the purchaser at their own expense, and the purchaser shall fully indemnify and hold the Producer harmless from all resulting losses, damages, or costs.
・Rights granted: By purchasing, you grant the producers a perpetual, worldwide right to depict your supplied likeness and name in the film and its marketing materials.
・No ownership or profit share: This is a creative cameo, not an investment. Supporters receive no equity, royalties, or creative control  (SAG-AFTRA / DGA / WGA membership and IMDb listing not guaranteed).
・No cancellation / expectation variance: Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable even if the finished work differs from your expectations.
・Non-refundable: Because the cameo is custom-integrated, purchases become non-refundable once the submission deadline has passed and work on your character has begun, except as required by local consumer-protection laws.
・Privacy: Reference images are stored securely and deleted within 12 months of public release of the final theatrical version of the film, except where longer retention is legally required.
・Censorship & edits: Your scene or credit may be shortened or removed in certain territories to satisfy ratings or censorship requirements.
・Age requirement: Purchasers must be 18 years or older; under-age orders will be cancelled and rights voided.
・Regional availability: Distribution/streaming availability varies by territory; the film may not be released in your region.
・This product is limited to one purchase per person.
