First Main Cast Reveal & Voice Actor Comments

We are thrilled to unveil the first main cast members for the upcoming feature-length anime film, KILLTUBE. Yui Tsukada, Kengo Kawanishi, and Ayane Sakura will voice the main characters. We are also pleased to share special comments from the three main cast members.

  • ● Yui Tsukada as Musashi

    ● Yui Tsukada as Musashi

When I got the call saying, “You’ve been cast as Musashi,” I was so overwhelmed with surprise and emotion that I literally ran laps around my house.
Landing the role of a dream protagonist, in a dream boy’s story, in a dream theatrical project—three dreams coming true all at once—was a moment of pure exhilaration I’ll never forget.
I told myself: this will change my life, and I will change my life.
From the moment I auditioned for Musashi, I felt a sense of freedom that came from his honesty and straightforwardness.
It was such a fun and memorable audition experience. I’m determined to enjoy playing this role all the way to the end.
Let’s go to the top, Musashi.
  • ● Kengo Kawanishi as Kikuchiyo

    ● Kengo Kawanishi as Kikuchiyo

I’m honored to be voicing Kikuchiyo in KILLTUBE.
As part of the release, I had the opportunity to take promotional photos and engage in passionate discussions with the director about the direction of the project.
It’s being created through a bold and original approach unlike anything we’ve seen before.
I truly hope you’re looking forward to this exciting new endeavor.
  • ● Ayane Sakura as Leonardo

    ● Ayane Sakura as Leonardo

I’ve always been a huge fan of Director Kuribayashi’s visual work and have followed his projects closely—so I never imagined I’d get the chance to be part of KILLTUBE.
Isn’t it amazing to think that the same quality as the pilot movie will be playing on the big screen throughout the whole film?
I’m already looking forward to seeing Director Kuribayashi’s powerful visuals come alive in theaters.
Leonard is cool and cute. During the audition, I found myself stripping the performance down to its essence, and that really left an impression on me.
I hope many people will come to love this film and support it.
